This includes fat loss to help you feel and look your best; core conditioning to create real strength and help fix painful joints and backs; building strength and muscle to boost your metabolism, burn more calories, and make you as injury-proof as possible.

I can’t stress this enough. I don't care how much weight you have to lose, how powerless you feel when you get around certain foods, or how little strength you think you have. And you shouldn't either. It’s very common for my clients to end up achieving things they never thought possible at the beginning of their journey, and it’s likely that you have just as much potential.
